Chiledren no longer have to rely on finding about other cultures through reading books, watching documentaries, having a <strong>pen</strong> friend or taking a holiday in different locations in the world. Schools are now bringing the world into their classrooms through using the social media tools of web 2.0 where communication and collaboration are the key aspects.<br /><br />Voices Of The World is a new venture that will bring together the voices of primary children from all over the world to create a radio show. Each month a topic will be set with each school creating a podcast that lasts no longer than five minutes. This will then be sent to Mrs Tonner at The Hitgh School of Dundee who will jigsaw all the audio files together to make one radio show.<br /><br />This is an exciting project that will truely unite our children together as one voice.
